On the ground floor you enter the villa in a spacious hall, the central point of the villa, to which both the spacious living room, kitchen and the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are adjacent. From the living room and the terrace you have a view over the swimming pool, the vineyards and the surroundings.
The living room has a spacious sitting area, TV with Dutch channels, SONOS audio system and a cozy wood stove.
The dining room is connected to the living room and the kitchen, and has a small private covered terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin with heated mirror and hairdryer) and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin with heated mirror and hairdryer) and a small roof terrace, and also a second bedroom with two single beds. All beds in the villa have boxpring mattresses.
Next to the swimming pool is a spacious covered outdoor kitchen with a 2 burner electric hob, small fridge and barbecue.
The villa is situated in a quiet part of Lorgues, but not isolated. The village but also supermarkets can be reached by car within about 5 minutes.

De plek is fijn. Niet eenzaam maar erg rustig. Fijn zwembad. Mooi huis met strakke inrichting. Goede bedden.

Hebben hier 4 weken verbleven, de villa was TOP! Mooi gerenoveerd! Hadden zowel Belgische als Nederlandse zenders op televisie en nog veel meer... Mooi aangelegd park. Zwembad wel te fris in onze normen, 22graden. Oscar, de housekeeper, was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Kortom, een aanrader!
Leuk en ruim huis, zeer schoon bij aankomst. Het zwembad is veilig voor kinderen omdat het volledig omheind is, wat voor ons als ouders van 2 jonge kinderen absoluut een pluspunt was!
De "chambre secret" is erg heet omdat de zon er de hele dag opstaat. Deze kamer is echt alleen geschikt voor kinderen.
