Godi is a cosy and spacious holiday home with independent studio appartment in Lorgues, set in a 2,500 m² garden with private swimming pool. The holiday home was partly built in natural stone by the first owner, and completely renovated and extended by the current owners between 2018 and 2019 into a holiday home of 148 square metres. Great care has been taken to combine the charm of old and modern, creating an attractive and comfortable holiday home.
Holiday home (maximum 4 persons):
The holiday home has a spacious living/dining room with a seating area around a Godin cast iron wood burning stove. Adjacent is a fully equipped traditional style kitchen, which gives access to the small back terrace to enjoy a morning coffee or breakfast.
There are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (with the possibility of adding an extra single child's bed), and one with two single beds.
Furthermore, the holiday home has a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The living and bedrooms all have direct access to the large, sunny garden or the spacious terrace at the front of the holiday home.
Studio appartment (maximum 2 persons):
Adjacent to the holiday home is an independent studio appartment of 31 square metres, suitable for 2. The studio appartment has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, a small bathroom, a kitchenette and a dining/sitting area.
The garden is planted with typical Provençal plants and trees (e.g. rosemary; thyme; lavender; holm-oaks; pine, fig and olive trees). Scattered over the garden are beautiful secluded areas, perfect for enjoying the sun, an afternoon of reading or a siesta in the shade.
The large terrace has a dining table under an olive tree overlooking the pool, and adjacent to the terrace is a wood-burning oven and gas barbecue. On sunny summer days you can cool down with a dive in the private pool, and afterwards relex on one of the sun beds at the pool terrace. Children can play in the large garden, or on one of the swings or climbing rope.
Except for the summer months, it is also possible to rent the studio appartment only (for a longer period or minimum 2 nights).

Heel mooi en gezellig en goed uitgerust huis en studio op een rustige locatie. Dicht bij het stadje (met de auto) Mooi onderhouden proper domein en leuk zwembad.
Eigenlijk viel er niets tegen.
Een fijn huis op een super fijne en rustige lokatie. Zwembad en toebehoren waren top. Fijn dat je altijd ergens schaduw hebt de hele dag
We hebben last gehad van mieren in het huis vooral in de keuken. De bedden waren niet top. Jammer van de vele muggen.
The house is nicely furnished and decorated, cosy, and very clean. The super king size beds were really enjoyable to relax! The 3rd bedroom is a charming independent small appartment with its own kitchen, bathroom and living room. The large garden has got many different areas to enjoy (nice pool, kids playground, pétanque, wood oven and bbq, sitting areas and lovely old trees around!). Very peaceful area with vineyards and forest nearby, less than 5 minutes drive to town centre (famous markets on Tuesdays and Fridays)

Het is een sfeervol huis met voldoende ruimte en mooi ingericht. De locatie is prachtig, het perceel is groot en er zijn mooie zitplekken buiten. Het zwembad is heerlijk en nodigt uit tot dagelijks zwemmen en plezier. De moestuin en de kruiden uit de tuin zijn heerlijk om te gebruiken bij het eten. Het is heerlijk om hier tot rust te komen.
De privacy was onvoldoende. De buurman kon elke dag vanuit zijn kraan (elke dag aan het bouwen) zien wat wij aan het doen waren bij het zwembad. Dit kan beter door beplanting. Het bijgebouw is erg schattig en net zo leuk ingericht, alleen is het bloedheet en koelt nauwelijks af.

Provence Villas: De werkzaamheden bij de buren (aanleg zwembad) zijn inmiddels grotendeels afgerond. De eigenaar heeft een 3 meter hoge houten schutting geplaatst aan de kant van de buren, zodat de privacy rondom het huis en het zwembad gewaarborgd is. Het studio appartement is nu ook voorzien van een airconditioningsysteem.
