Jules - Lorgues

The ground floor has a modern living room with a seating area, flat screen television (French channels, international channels and Netflix) and a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a comfortable breakfast bar, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine. The living room and kitchen open onto a covered terrace of 20 m2 facing south.

Also located on the ground floor are two spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm). Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with an Italian walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. There you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with each a double bed (160x200 cm). Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with an Italian walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

All bedrooms have airconditioning and mosquito screens on the windows. The double beds (160x200 cm) in three bedrooms can also be used as two single beds (on request).

You can relax in the sun to the song of the cicadas on one of the wooden sun beds around the large and heated private swimming pool (11x6 metres), or in the shade under the large pergola. 

Villa Jules is set in a fully fenced garden of 4700 m2, planted with olive trees, pines, oaks and various Mediterranean plants. An outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, a sitting area and an extra toilet are located between the villa and the swimming pool. Naturally, there is also a jeu de boules court for a typical Provençal game of petanque. 

The villa has covered parking for 2 cars, and space for up to 4 cars.

The village of Lorgues is approximately a 5-minute drive away, and Château Martinette, one of the oldest vineyards in the Var, is approximately a 10-minute walk away.

As an introduction, Villa Jules has flexible arrival and departure days, even in July and August!
