Simple but attractively furnished holiday home, quietly located in a wooded area. The holiday home features a living/dining room with corner sofa, fireplace, satellite TV (Belgian and French TV channels) and dvd player. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 6 persons.
Next to the dining area is the kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a 4 burner (electrical) hob.
From the living room you have access to a small hall leading to three double bedrooms and a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. There also is a separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with two single beds.
The swimming pool (8 x 4 m) is surrounded by a spacious terrace, equipped with sun beds and parasols. The grounds are fully fenced and landscaped with mainly pasture and pine trees.
Distance to the center of Vidauban is approximately 3 km.
In December 2015/January 2016 a large new pool terrace, a large covered terrace and a pool-house will be realized.
De locatie, net buiten Vidauban is uitstekend als je, zoals ons, houdt van rust en ruimte. De grote overkapping en vele zitjes geven de mogelijkheid om continue buiten te leven. Verder is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien: zwembad, bbq, lekkere ligbedjes, dubbele Amerikaanse koelkasten, vaatwasser, etc. We vonden het ook erg fijn dat de auto in de garage kon staan, en we deze niet in de zon hoefden te stallen.
Het matras van de hoofdslaapkamer heeft ons wat rugklachten bezorgd en de oude airco unit aldaar werkt, maar kan wel een revisie en schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. De WiFi signaal is niet heel sterk in de slaapkamers en rondom het zwembad, 1 of 2 WiFi versterkers zou dit probleem oplossen.
Het huis ligt op een prima locatie bosrijke omgeving

Fantastische tuin, terras en buitenzitplekken, prachtige omgeving (wijngaarden, olijvenbomen, etc.), airco in de slaapkamer, zwembad, uitstekende ontvangst en service door Patrick, Nederlandse TV.
Onverharde weg naar het huis met erg veel kuilen: lastig met lage auto, wifi is erg traag: het is aanzienlijk sneller om 4G van je telefoon te gebruiken dan wifi.
