This nice studio apartment is located on the "Hameau les Claudins", a private domain of only 15 apartments. The domain (35,000 m2) has it's own water sources, and is located in the middle of nature. Due to its quiet location you have a breathtaking view of the protected Maures mountains and nature area.
On the ground floor the studio apartment has a small living room with a sitting area, satellite TV (French TV channels only), a 2-seater dining bar, a 2-seater sitting/sofa bed, and a kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 burner electric hob, Senseo coffee machine and microwave. There is a separate toilet.
An open staircase will take you to a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200), satellite TV (French TV channels only). The small bathroom has a shower and washbasin. Double doors give access from the bedroom to a small balcony.
Directly in front of the studio apartment is a small sunny (private) terrace, just a few meters away is a second (shaded) terrace with a sitting area, sun loungers and nice views over the surrounding area.
Hameau les Claudins features a heated swimming pool, wifi internet (swimming pool area), a communal parking area, and also a jeu de boules alley. The beaches of Sainte Maxime are only 15 kms away.
The studio apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children if the sitting/sofa bed in the living room is used.
