From a small hall you enter the spacious living/dining room (40 m2) with a comfortable seating area, satellite TV (Dutch TV channels), wifi internet, DVD player, reading corner, wood burning stove and a dining table for 6 people.
The open kitchen is partly separated from the living room. The kitchen is equiped with an electric hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the utility room next to the kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The holiday home has 3 cozy bedrooms, of which two have a double bed and one has two single beds, and two small bathrooms with shower and washbasin. One bathroom also has a toilet, and the holiday home also has a second separate toilet in the entrance hall.
Both the living room and the kitchen have French doors that open onto a nice covered terrace (30 m2) with a sitting area and dining table. From the terrace you have direct access to the fenced garden. On a hot day you can cool down in the private swimming pool (7,5 x 4 meters) with poolterrace, an outdoor shower and various sun loungers.
The village of Flayosc is located approx. 10 minutes on foot or approx. 5 minutes by car from the holiday home.

De ruimte in en rond de woning, werkelijk alles was aanwezig. De rustige omgeving en het lekker fris zwembad.
Mooie, nette, goed onderhouden villa. Enkel de "op wandelafstand van het dorp" is met een korreltje zout te nemen.
Koelkast ging kapot tijdens de vakantie, maar zeer snel een nieuwe besteld door de beheerder en geleverd.
Er was kort voor ons verblijf een lekkage geweest, hierdoor zaten er meerdere vochtplekken in de muren. Alles is aanwezig, maar erg basis. De huurprijs is naar onze mening te hoog voor wat men krijgt.
