Spacious modern furnished villa in a quiet residential area of Lorgues. The villa is situated in a large park-like garden with a covered outdoor kitchen and fenced childproof pool. From the terrace you can enjoy the view over the vineyards.
On the ground floor you enter the villa in a spacious hall, the central point of the villa, to which both the spacious living room, kitchen and the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor are adjacent. From the living room and the terrace you have a view over the swimming pool, the vineyards and the surroundings.
The living room has a spacious sitting area, TV with Dutch channels, SONOS audio system and a cozy wood stove.
The dining room is connected to the living room and the kitchen, and has a small private covered terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin with heated mirror and hairdryer) and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin with heated mirror and hairdryer) and a small roof terrace, and also a second bedroom with two single beds. All beds in the villa have boxpring mattresses.
Next to the swimming pool is a spacious covered outdoor kitchen with a 2 burner electric hob, small fridge and barbecue.
The villa is situated in a quiet part of Lorgues, but not isolated. The village but also supermarkets can be reached by car within about 5 minutes.
