About this holiday home
Les Roses is a detached Provencal villa with private pool, within walking distance of the village of Aups. The villa is situated in the middle of a large olive grove of 4000 m2, at the end of a cul-de-sac. In the morning you walk in just ten minutes to the centre of Aups to get fresh croissants and baguettes.
The living room has a spacious lounge sofa around the fireplace, an 8 person dining table, satellite TV with Dutch channels, DVD and CD player. Adjacent to the living room is an open kitchen, equipped with a 4 burner hob, large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and dryer, and a second large refrigerator with freezer compartment. From both the kitchen and the living room you have access to the partly covered terrace with a lovely large lounge sofa.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a large Box-spring bed (180x200) with 2 mattresses of 90 cm wide. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and 1 baby cot.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, plenty of wardrobe space, bedside tables and handy lighting to charge your mobile phone cordlessly.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. In the hall is a separate toilet.
Les Roses has a secure private swimming pool of 9 x 5 metres, surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable sun beds. Around the villa there are several spacious (and partly covered) terraces, so you can sit in the sun or shade on a hot summer day. In the beautiful green olive grove of 4000 m2 with many flowering plants and roses there is still an old well. For the children there is a swing.
The villa has a private gated driveway, so your car can be parked directly at the villa. The garden and around the villa offer plenty of privacy.
The daily shopping can easily be done on foot: at 5 minutes walking distance is the first bakery, and at 10 minutes walking distance you are in the centre of Aups.
In Les Roses a maximum of 2 (small) dogs are allowed. There is a supplement of € 5 per day and per dog.
