This beautiful Provencal villa, built entirely of natural stone, is situated on the outskirts of Lorgues and can accommodate 6 people. The villa has a beautifully landscaped and fully enclosed garden with palm trees, olive trees and fig trees. Right next to the villa is a private pool of 8 x 4.5 meters.
The living room has a cozy sitting area, a flat screen TV (French channels only), WIFI internet and a large dining table with comfortable chairs.
You have direct access from the living room to a fenced and partly covered terrace, so children can play carefree. Next to the terrace is a covered outdoor kitchen with plancha and pizza oven.
The private swimming pool with a small waterfall is situated one level below the terrace. Around the swimming pool you can relax on one of the comfortable sunbeds.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and electric cooker. Next to the kitchen is a storage room with a washing machine.
The villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has sliding doors to the terrace, a double bed (160 x 200) and a private bathroom with sink and Italian shower. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200), and the third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 180). The second bathroom in the villa has a shower, whirlpool bath and sink.
The entire villa has double glazing and air conditioning. There is ample parking on site.
