Peylong is a spacious and carefully furnished 8 person villa with private pool in a quiet part of Lorgues. This villa is built against a hill and situated in a garden of 4500m².
Because of its location against a hill, the souterrain is at garden level, and the ground floor is one level above garden level.
Ground floor (garden level +1):
On the ground floor the villa has a living room with sitting area, fireplace, flat screen satellite TV (international channels only) and radio. No less than 3 double doors give access from the living room to a large sunny terrace with a large dining table and lounge set, from where you can enjoy a glass of rosé while overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
Adjacent to the living room is a modern kitchen with a dinette, 5-burner gas hob, fridge (with small freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher and oven. The kitchen also has access to the terrace.
A hallway leads to 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is ensuite). The first bedroom has 2 single beds, the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms have airconditioning and sufficient wardrobe space.
The second bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a separate toilet.
1st floor (garden level +2):
The 4th double bedroom is located on the 1st floor, and has a double bed (separate mattresses), a private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), airconditioning and a small private balcony/terrace.
Souterrain (garden level):
From the hall on the ground floor you can reach the souterrain via a stairway. In the souterrain you will find a play area for children with a table tennis table and dartboard, and also a separate room with a washing machine.
The beautiful private swimming pool, located in the garden next to the villa, is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds, parasols and an outdoor shower.
The villa and the swimming pool area offer sufficient privacy. The village of Lorgues, but also supermarkets and restaurants, can be reached within 5 minutes by car.
Peylong is also available for up to 6 persons at a reduced rental price. Both the bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor (garden level +2) are closed off in that case. More information can be found on Peylong 6 persons.
