Prat l'Estagnol is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom appartment that sleeps up to 8 people, with a large terrace at the front and a balcony on the second floor.
The appartment has been completely renovated to the style of the old Hameau with a natural stone floor and luxurious bathrooms, and is fully air-conditioned. A spiral staircase takes you to the upper floors.
On the ground floor is the living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchen with 4-burner cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a large outdoor terrace with dining area, lounge set, 2 sun beds and garden.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with single beds and wardrobe, and a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower.
On the second floor is a bedroom with double bed and TV, bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower, and a balcony with seating.
Hameau des Claudins has a communal heated swimming pool with sun loungers all around. There is wifi internet available at the pool area. Communal parking is available on the resort, as well as a boules court. Sainte Maxime beach is located approximately 20 km away.
